Do I Have to Fill in My Time Zone, Business Days, and Hours Each Time I Set up a Phishing Campaign?
You can set up your account with a default time zone as well as business days and hours so that you do not have to set this information each time you create a Phishing Campaign. Simply log in to your KnowBe4 console, click your email address at the top right of the screen, and click 'Account'.
The screen that follows will have several settings which you can alter. Beneath the Phishing header, you can set your organization's specific time zone, business days, and hours.
You'll notice that beneath any user's individual account info that you can set their time zone as well. This does not need to be changed as it does not affect anything for your average user. However, if you have additional admins on your account, you can edit their specific time zone setting if they will need to track activity (such as phishing test failures or training results) based on their proper time zone. Editing an individual user's time zone can be done from the Users-->All Users tab. Click on the dropdown to the right of the individual user and then click Edit to alter that user's information.
When viewing phishing reports, the times you will see for phishing test failures and other statistics will be displayed using your time zone rather than your account's time zone. If the failure times in your reports do not coincide with when the test was sent out and you'd like to see the failure times accurately, be sure to set your individual time zone as shown above (from the Users-->All Users tab).
