How to change landing pages for phishing tests quickly and easily
There are several ways you can change what your users will see when they fail your phishing tests. We recommend Option 3, to quickly and easily change landing pages whenever needed. Click on any option below to learn more about it.
Option 1: Changing your Default Landing Page
As a system default, almost all of our built-in phishing templates will have the Default Landing page assigned to them. This means, if you want a majority of templates to go to a specific landing page other than our system default, you can simply submit a support ticket through our Help Desk to have your Default Landing Page changed. Just let us know which page you'd prefer to have as your default page.
Option 2: Choosing a Landing Page Within the Email Template Editor
Beneath the Phishing tab of your management console, you can click on the Email Templates tab to manage or edit any templates within your console. Click on the title of any template and you will have the option of changing various template-specific information, including what landing page that template should take the user to if they click on a phishing link as part of that test. Choosing a template here will override your Default Landing page.
Option 3: Choosing a Landing Page When Creating a New Phishing Campaign
When setting up a phishing campaign, you will have an option to select a Landing Page for that campaign. If you do this, all templates and all users associated with that phishing campaign will go to the selected landing page when they fail your phishing test. Selecting a page here will override any template specific landing pages, as well as your default landing page.
If you are doing automated ongoing phishing tests, you can edit the landing page for that particular phishing campaign at any time.
