Handling erroneous or mistyped users in your console
Using the login URL from the dashboard, any user with an email address in your domain can register for the training you provide. This also can result in users mistyping their address or putting it in the wrong format. This can lead to user accounts in your user list who do not exist or are typos of actual accounts.
To prevent users from using any account other than the imported account they were added with originally, you can turn off “allow users to sign up” option. This must be done by an admin. To do so, simply log in as the account admin, click your email address in the upper right-hand corner and select “Account” in the drop-down box. Next, un-check the box “Allow Users to Signup”. This will prevent users from signing up with accounts that have not already been imported into your users area.
Un-check this box:
NOTE: As of September 2016, new KnowBe4 accounts will have this "Allow Users to Signup" feature turned off by default. You can re-enable it if you'd like to allow users to sign up on training.knowbe4.com.
